Equity and Resource Development (ERD), one of five networks under the SHINE Alliance, exists to fuel that kind of movement. Through ERD, we invite individuals and families to partner in advancing a mission that is transforming communities, building sustainable solutions, and investing in long-term impact.
At the heart of this effort is a simple truth:

A Community of Givers
To make participation accessible and meaningful at every level, ERD has established five categories of financial partnership:
Sower – 한 달에 1만원 또는 일년에 10만원
Supporter – 한 달에 10만원 또는 일년에 100만원
Contributor – 한 달에 25만원 또는 일년에 300만원
Benefactor – 한 달에 50만원 또는 일년에 500만원
Philanthropist – 한 달에 100만원 또는 일년에 1000만원
Each level represents more than a donation—it reflects a shared commitment to advancing a mission that matters.
While we are deeply grateful for those able to give at higher levels, we are especially excited to launch our Sower Campaign.
Why Sowers Matter Most
Sowers are the foundation.
They are the ones who already believe in the vision. The ones who understand the work. The ones who know that even the smallest seed, planted consistently, can grow into something extraordinary.
This campaign is about inviting you—our community—to take ownership in a simple but powerful way. A small monthly commitment becomes a steady stream of support that allows this work to grow, expand, and reach further than ever before.

the impact becomes limitless.
Where Your Giving Goes
One of the things that makes ERD unique is its commitment to stewardship:
No one is on payroll — every dollar given is directed toward mission and impact.
Operational expenses are kept minimal and intentional.
All funds beyond ministry expenses are reinvested into the future.
Each year, surplus donations are transferred into the Mission-Related Investment (MRI) Fund, where they are used to support impact investments—initiatives and businesses that align with SHINE’s vision and create sustainable, long-term change.
This means your giving doesn’t just meet immediate needs.
