SHINE SUP Network – SUP will provide accounting, communications, marketing, and lead development for the Alliance. Jeffrey Lee will lead this network for two years, assisted by Mary You, Alyse Kwon, Simeon Jeon, Tae Hyung Kim, Ji Bae, Grace Kim, and Andy Sok.
SHINE INV Network – INV will handle loans and equity investments for the aligned members within the Alliance. Hesed Holdings will also play a pivotal role in expanding the investment capacity collaboratively. Jinsoo Kim will lead this network, together with Koomin Chung on loans and Byung Ryong (Ben) Park on equity investments. He will work closely with Jae Chul Chung, CEO of Hesed Holdings.
SHINE ERD Network – ERD will specialize in developing financial resources for both investment and operating capital purposes. This functional network will be important in establishing the ministry sustainability. Changsun Moon will lead the program in Korea through WiThee Mission, and Samuel Kim will lead the initiatives in the U.S. through SfK Life. Steve Park will assist them as their Deputy. |

SHINE HDT Network – HDT will focus on developing and providing training programs for members and prospects. Sungsoo Kim will lead this network, in cooperation with Kang Rak Lee (program development) and Wonjin Choi (program operations).
SHINE NUR Network – NUR will specialize in connecting and nurturing the members within the Alliance. NUR will continue holding monthly MB Connect gatherings and redesign the Mentor Force through which it will provide mentoring, coaching, counseling, and consulting services for the aligned members, as deemed necessary. Baek Jae Kim will lead this network together with Caleb Yoo and Doo Il Kim.
SHINE Council – A total of seven members will comprise this Council, including Jeffrey Lee, Sungsoo Kim, Jinsoo Kim, Baek Jae Kim, Samuel Kim, Changsun Moon, and Jae Chul Chung. This Council will be run in the form of collective leadership and help address the succession issue. Mary You will serve as the Recording Secretary.

| | | | | UPCOMING EVENTS
1. SUP Network - SUP is launching a new website, called shinealliance.net. Also, SUP is developing a mobile app, called MyShine through which the SHINE members may communicate more freely and safely inside the Alliance. SUP is also collecting and establishing business plans and budgets from all networks. Additionally, SUP is working on designing an accounting procedure with WiThee Mission. Please pray that the preparation work for SHINE will be timely and beneficial to all.
2. HDT Network – HDT will launch its new Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT) in March while continuing its flagship online training program, Business Management Training or BMT to start in August. Also, HDT is redesigning some lectures to improve the program. Please pray that the new program will be useful for those who plan to start up ventures in mission fields.
3. INV Network – INV is consolidating its investment portfolio made through various platforms. INV is considering a line of credit to a company in Turkey to finance the production cycle of hazelnuts. Please pray that the vetting process will be prompt and sufficient for the decision.
4. NUR Network – NUR is working on a new MB Connect schedule for 2026. It will include new programs, such as worship services and small group gatherings. It will redesign the Mentor Force to include three C-forces to be more flexible in meeting the needs of the members. Please pray that the new schedule will interest and enrich the members in 2026.
5. ERD Network – ERD is in the process of building regional manager (RM)system in the U.S. due to its vast territory. ERD has identified an RM in Atlanta GA and an RM in Northern California. They will continue looking for an RM in other areas of importance. Please pray that the Lord will lead us to identifying good candidates in each region of importance.
6. SHINE Council – The Council will hold its inaugural and thanksgiving worship online on January 24. It will be held among the members within the Alliance. Please pray that all members will be truly thankful to the Lord for His guidance to this point and that He will faithfully lead us to go through the trial period of the first year.
